Here at Golden Boy Vape Shop all online orders are shiped via Canada Post and are processed within 1-2 business days. For same day shipping, orders must be placed before 1pm CST. Items which are not in-stock/available will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Required Proof of Age
Proof of age is required upon delivery of each package along with a signature which will be obtained by your Canada Post representative.
All 'Returned to Sender' packages due to failure to provide Proof of Age will be refunded to purchaser minus a %20 restocking fee.*
*If free shipping option has been utilized a shipping fee of $12.99 will be applied additionally to the 20% re-stocking fee.

If you decide to cancel your order before its shipped
If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, we are able to cancel the order and issue a refund with no penalty. Cancellation requests for orders which have shipped already will be handled according to the terms below.
If you receive the product, but the product isn't working properly, its missing parts, or is visibly damaged or deformed
If the item isn't working correctly, and it does not appear to have been damaged during shipping, please refer to the warranty information. If the item is damaged or defective due to shipping damages, please see below.
If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged during shipping
If the package appears to have been damaged during shipping, often times the product inside is still intact. If the item's packaging appears to be damaged, be sure to keep all original packaging until we can determined whether or not a shipping insurance claim needs to be submitted. Please refrain from disposing the original packaging as we cannot file a shipping insurance claim without it. Discarding shipping materials or any of box contents voids your right to have your product replaced or repaired. Please test the item's functionality prior to contacting us. If everything works okay, there is no reason to contact us or file a shipping damage claim. If your product is not working correctly, due to the damages that occurred during shipping and you have kept the original shipping materials, please contact us so that we may submit a shipping insurance claim. If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount of the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us). All refunds are subject to approval of claims maid with the shipping company. NOTE: shipping insurance claim must be filled out immediately.
